Chemical Properties: 

Lithium sulfate is a white inorganic salt with the formula Li2SO4. It is the lithium salt of sulfuric acid. Soluble in water, almost insoluble in alcohol, neutral in aqueous solution, melting point range 860 °C, Density 2.2 g/cm3 at 20 °C.

Lithium sulfate is used for the pretreatment of electrodes for excellent cycling performance; Suitable electrolyte for supercapacitors and Li-ion batteries.
